The 2019 Idaho Senior Games was a great success!  Nearly 800 senior athletes participated in 18 different sports. Ninety of our athletes participated in the National Games held in Albuquerque.

The Idaho Senior Games will be held in August 2020 at various sites throughout the Treasure Valley. The Idaho Senior Games is an OPEN state and out-of-state participants are welcome.

The 2020 Games will be a "qualifier" for the 2021 National Games to be held in Ft. Lauderdale next November.

The purpose of our games is to keep seniors healthy and productive. Participation in the Senior Games is a year-round effort to enhance wellness. Our mission is to promote health and fitness throughout the year for people from 50 years of age to 100+ through participation, competition and education.

We encourage all seniors to get off the couch and exercise your body and your mind. Join us for fun, fellowship and some friendly competition. Sign up with a friend and start training today at your local YMCA, health club, fitness center or in your own home.

Events for the 2020 Idaho Senior Games will include:

Archery, Basketball, Badminton, 8-Ball pool, Bocce, Bowling, Cycling, Golf, Pickleball, Power Walking, Racquetball, 5 & 10K Runs, Shuffleboard, Softball, Swimming, Table Tennis, Tennis, Track & Field and Triathlon.

We're adding a new event for 2020 - Corn Hole Toss!
