Adults age 50 and over Eleven (11) Age Divisions Over 16 Sports and Activities Idaho Senior Games is a social and recreational experience designed to encourage better health and fitness of men and women age 50 and over, regardless of residence. The level of competitiveness is up to you! There are more than 50 events, with competition in 11 different age categories. Gold, silver, and bronze medals are awarded in all age groups for all events. Idaho Senior Games is endorsed by the Idaho Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness & Sports, and belongs to the U.S. National Senior Games Organization.
